Adaptogens are gaining mainstream traction, with companies formulating specialized stress-relief blends for professionals, athletes, and biohackers. But are they a cure-all? Not quite. While they offer significant benefits, they work best as part of a broader stress management strategy, alongside proper sleep, nutrition, and mindfulness practices. Moving forward, more rigorous studies are needed to solidify their place in modern medicine. Until then, they remain a valuable but imperfect tool for navigating stress in an overstimulated world.
